[Dance Spree] cooking classes

Hi all,

I had a full house for the Quick Meals class this past Sunday. We cooked  up 
a storm as Patty said and all were well fed on many levels. We made a  coconut 
curry lentil soup, greens in a tahini sauce, tempeh with marinated  dried 
tomatoes and kale, and quinoa with red peppers and feta. Good times and  lots of 
great company.....
 
Only a few spots left in the Loving Spoonful soup class this Sunday.  I hope 
you can come. Please let me know.
