We're excited to announce a few new classes at Indigo
this fall and winter...

First we will host COMMUNICATING WITH KINDNESS with
Andrew Berger and Sharon Rudnitzky. We are very
thankful to have taken this class and highly recommend
it. It has not only helped us communicate better with
others but given us better understanding of ourselves.
Class will meet Tuesday evenings. Scroll down for
more info...

Joe will also host a book reading and discussion of
Jessie Ayani's Awakening and Healing the Rainbow Body.
"An artful weaving of timeless truth and wisdom, this
non-fiction book presents an autonomous path to higher
consciousness that is within the grasp of anyone
willing to objectively self-observe and self-correct.
We are invited to enter the path of liberation - the
liberation of consciousness that culminates in
enlightenment or self-realization."

Classes will begin Wednesday, November 1 from 6-8.
Please contact us if you are interest, even if there
is a time conflict and we'll see what we can do.
Classes will be free (donations accepted).

This class is a taste but not a prerequisite to the
January12-13 weekend training with the author, JESSIE
AYANI--MIRACLES, MAGIC AND MASTERY: The Path of
Liberation.
Many of you have heard that we took this training with
her in Mt. Shasta California and it has been life
changing. Jessie Ayani is a very grounded teacher who
gives practical tools for helping us deal with our
challenges to grow and become stronger in our own
gifts. More information is available on our website
www.indigomassage.com

$AVE $20 if you enroll by November 15th.
(Usually $350 for a very full weekend). This is
Jessie Ayani's first East Coast appearance and we're
very proud to be the hosts! (partial work exchange
may be available).

Skills for Fostering Connection and Understanding

A 6-Week Class Series led by Andrew Berger and Sharon
Rudnitzky
Class meets Tuesdays, November 7th to Dec. 19th from
7:00 to 9:30 pm
 (no class November 21st)
at Indigo Massage Healing Center in Easthampton, MA
Nonviolent CommunicationT? (NVC) is a simple and
practical way of expressing oneself and listening to
others that leads to greater understanding and empathy
between speakers and listeners. Based on the work of
Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D., NVC has helped people
around the world reduce conflict and foster better
relationships. Whether you are a parent who desires
more connection and less confrontation with their
child, an employee wishing to communicate with your
boss, or an individual wanting more ease in a
significant relationship, this class will be of
benefit. Each week we will learn new skills from the
text Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life and
practice using them in a fun and experiential way.

_ Learn to identify what you are feeling and needing
and learn to express it in a way that invites
connection rather than conflict.
_ Learn to hear others and respond to them with more
spaciousness and understanding.
_ Learn to formulate effective requests to meet your
needs.
_ Learn to give empathy to yourself and others.
. Open to Beginners and those wishing to gain more
experience.
. Sliding scale: $10-30 per class. Low-income
barter available.
. Class will cover the first 6 chapters in the text:
Nonviolent Communication, A Language of Life

the summer of 2006. She began teaching NVC in 2005
and finds great pleasure in sharing her understanding
