Hi again,

Loving spoonfuls cooking class is on nov 8th, Wednesday from 10AM-1PM.

 It is a partial benefit for the Shutesbury Library and also the class is on 
a Wednesday, which may fit better in some of your schedules. Please let me 
know if you can make it to this delicious class.

Here is short description:

Soup making is fun and easy. This class begins with the basics, followed by 
more detailed instructions for making vegetarian bean and grain soups from 
scratch with the vegetables of the season.
You will learn:
Substitute ingredients by color, flavor, seasonal availability, texture, 
cooking times, and whim.
Which ingredients go in 1st, second and third, helpful especially if you want 
to invent your own recipes and create variations.
How to use spices, sea vegetables, dried mushrooms, and herbs to flavor soups 
and enhance the immune system.
How to use garnishes and beautiful soup bowls to easily dress up the dining 
experience.
