Finding True North: Authentic Voice-Movement

               Authentic Movement is a trusted practice, creating a safe, 
supportive space
               for both mover and witness. We allow breath, body, voice, and 
stillness to
               emerge spontaneously from our authentic inner places. Insight 
and healing
               are real possibilities. We prepare with movement-vocal 
warmups as part of the
               process.

Vocal Tonality for Sounding/Speaking

               In this workshop, we explore our natural tones and pitches 
for sounding and
               speaking. We engage in voice-movement practices to loosen the 
grip of our
               same self and expand our range of voices that serve different 
intents and purposes.

$55 per workshop, or $50 with early registration/payment two weeks prior.
