I have just bought a house and need to rent my old apartment for Oct. 1. It's a very nice 1 bedroom in N. Hadley with a big kitchen, living room, good sized bedroom and average size bathroom. Big windows with lots of light. In a nice country locations with meadows stretching out hundreds of feet in the backyard. Short walk to Ct River and Warner pond. Quiet place with nice neighbors and responsive landlord. It's a very big old house with about 8 apartments, but lots of space and privacy. I enjoyed it a lot for the past 3 years.

It's $800 a month, heat included.

The location is great, about 3 miles from downtown Amherst and 6 miles from downtown Northampton.
