It is a great house with a sweet wood stove in the Kitchen to keep us  
warm in the Winter and the outdoors are utterly stunning here!

The garden is currently over flowing with a ton of greens, tomatoes,  
and many wonderful herbs waiting for you to come and enjoy with me.

The rent has been recently reduced so your share would only be $650  
plus half the utilities (will be reasonable because we are splitting  
the utility coasts and using the wood stove to supplement heating the  
house) which makes this an incredible deal for all that you are getting!
